- Early Phase Sustainability
Consulting By engaging us during conceptual design we help the design team develop the most cost effective sustainability solutions, using energy, daylight, and CFD modeling to ensure comfort as well as regulatory compliance. - Project Management Services
We provide owners with project management services to guide their design teams in pursuit of LEED, Fitwel, and other sustainable framework certifications. - Compliance with Building Laws and Ordinances
Vanderweil provides ASHRAE Level I and II energy audits, building energy benchmarking and reporting, Energy Star and Portfolio Manager consulting, and related services to assist building owners in compliance with benchmarking laws and ordinances such as Boston’s BERDO 2.0 and New York City’s Local Law 97 (LL97).
