Vanderweil has provided renovations and upgrades for MEP/FP systems for over 160 projects. Activities have included evaluations, remediation, and new design of MEP/FP infrastructure and MEP/FP design for expansions; renovations; and upgrades of common spaces, administrative spaces, laboratories, and patient care areas. Representative projects include Klingstein Clinical Center; Cryogenic storage; KP-2 AHU study; evaluation for Klingstein Pavilion to correct deficiencies and provide options for replacement and relocation of clinical center; pulmonary function; OR AHU system upgrades; and preheat system upgrade for several AHUs and MEP/FP services for gut renovation of 69,000 gsf on 2nd floor for new clinic for pediatrics, surgical specialties and oncology and other services.
