MEP/FP services for a new 130,000 sf science building at UNC Charlotte. The facility houses instructional and research labs for chemistry, physics, and biology as well as collaboration areas, graduate student work space, and faculty offices. The project included a regional utility plant (RUP) that provides chilled water, steam, and standby power for the facility itself and adjacent buildings as well as a new data center.
