Vanderweil provided MEP/FP engineering and technology design services for a major tenant improvements at One Post Office Square, a 45-story facility that underwent a dramatic transformation into a premier office tower in Boston’s downtown Financial District.

Our team’s efforts focuses on 100,000 sf of space for this law firm on Floors 25 through 28 of the tower.

The renovation focuses on building out new open-office work areas, private offices, enclosed meeting rooms, an employee cafe, and pantry kitchenettes. Additional amenities include gender-neutral restrooms, a shower and locker room, and two mothers rooms. Connectivity for the spaces will be provided by a new MDF room and three new IDF rooms.
