Steve is a Principal and Senior Project Manager with over 20 years of experience in project management and the design of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems. He has experience with Lean Construction principles and focuses on improving the product and process for the owner, design team and contractors. He is responsible for management and oversight of all MEP/FP and IT disciplines to ensure a high performing project in terms of design, delivery and operation. His portfolio includes Science & Technology, Education, Commercial, Hospitality, and Industrial facilities.
