The Yotel is a new 117,500 sf, 11-story hotel with 326 rooms located in the South Boston Innovation District. The compact rooms, ranging from 160 sf to 200 sf, are approximately half the size of traditional hotel rooms but are bursting with technology. The pervasive high-performance wireless networking blazes, making commercial networks appear to crawl. Cell phone-controlled room locks, ordering, check-in/out, and payment provides the frictionless experience that the active community of hip travelers demands.
