Vanderweil provided MEP/FP engineering, energy modeling, and LEED consulting for the new construction of a 75,000 sf four-story theater arts building that includes a black-box theater, a sound/lighting lab, a costume shop, a lounge, classrooms, faculty offices, dressing rooms, a green room, and associated spaces. The building is being designed in two phases and includes underground parking. Lean processes were used in an effort to accommodate the aggressive design and construction schedule.
