The Envoy Hotel, Autograph Collection is a new 6-story, 100,000 sf high-rise boutique hotel located in Boston’s Seaport Innovation District. The Envoy’s sleek design is comprised of 136 elegant guest rooms and offers a signature restaurant and bar, along with a public roof deck. Floors 3-6 of the hotel consist of similar layouts where floors 2 and 6 vary in order to offer additional amenities like the gym to the hotel guests.

The ground level includes the lobby space, kitchen and dining area, and restroom facilities. General employee support spaces are found on the lower level.

Vanderweil provided the design of the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, telecommunications and data visual engineering systems.
