Providing MEP/FP engineering, technology design, and sustainability services for the design of this 6-story, 146,500 sf branded upscale hotel. The project includes 211 guest rooms, which are an upscale service type, with each room containing upgraded fixtures and shower stalls.

The public space includes a fitness area, lobby and lounge, meeting space, limited food service, and related back-of-house facilities for a 4-star hotel operation.

The retail spaces houses general retail and a 2-story restaurant tenant. As a unique feature, the building also contains a public storage space, receiving and utility space for the Haymarket Pushcart Association used for the farmers market in this area.

This beautiful hotel was selected as the “New Building of Year” as part of Hilton America Development Awards.
