Valley River Casino is undergoing a transformative $275 million expansion that will more than double the size of the existing property and elevate the overall guest experience. The project adds approximately 315,000 sf of new development, including a hotel tower, expanded gaming areas, a rooftop restaurant, a full-service spa, and a new parking deck.

The project adds approximately 315,000 sf of new development, including a hotel tower, expanded gaming areas, a rooftop restaurant, a full-service spa, and a new parking deck.

The enhanced gaming floor will grow by 24,000 sf, introducing 400 additional slot machines, 12 table games, and a dedicated 10-table World Series of Poker room. A new hotel tower will double the resort’s capacity with 296 additional guestrooms, complemented by amenities such as an indoor pool, fitness center, and flexible event space.

Vanderweil is providing engineering design for the utility infrastructure systems that support both new and existing facilities, ensuring reliable and efficient operations throughout the expansion.
