Vanderweil provided MEP/FP engineering design and tel/data and security coordination services for the renovation that covers an area of 100,000 sf, encompassing floors 33 through 35, as well as part of floor 36.

The newly updated space includes open office work areas, private offices, enclosed meeting rooms, scrum rooms, office amenity spaces, a dedicated mothers’ room, and a unisex restroom on each floor. Additionally, there are facilities such as a copy center/mail room, a non-cooking catering kitchen, and office support spaces.
