Engineering and construction support services were provided for the rebuild of a 115 kV outdoor GIS breaker-and-a-half design. The project included the installation of two new transformers and new metal-clad 25 kV switchgear for distribution.

The existing 115 kV double-ended single-breaker station was converted into a breaker-and-a-half design utilizing 115 kV SF6 gas-insulated switchgear. A phased construction approach was implemented, requiring close coordination with outage planning to ensure the station remained operational throughout the project. Additional station upgrades included a new 115 kV control house, station service, and ground grid enhancements.
