Belimo’s new North American Headquarters is a 190,000 sf, LEED Gold facility dedicated to the company’s HVAC valve and actuator production operations. A sprawling, high-bay manufacturing area supports the rapid assembly, testing, and distribution of products with a very narrow aisle (VNA) design coupled with an automated storage and retrieval system (ASRS).

The balance of the facility is dedicated to administrative functions with offices, conference spaces, a cafeteria, and a fitness center.

The headquarters is driven by a central plant featuring a Multistack MagLev chiller and Aerco Benchmark 3000 gas-fired boilers. The Vanderweil team performed commissioning services for all energy-consuming systems.
