As part of the $110 million rehab of Eversource’s transmission system, the new 399 Line starts at the Carver Substation, running along the same 300-ft ROW as the 322 and 355 lines.

The 399 line heads to Plymouth, where the ROW enters Myles Standish State Forest and the crossover station. Here, the 355 line heads east to the Pilgrim Power Plant, while the 342 line comes from Pilgrim and heads south, joining the 322 and 399 lines on the ROW.

At the Bourne-Plymouth town line, the ROW shifts, requiring us to reroute the 399 line, crossing the other two lines underground with two transition stations. The 399 line continues overhead across the Cape Cod Canal into Bourne, connecting to the 120 Line.
