The 4-story building contains approximately 143,000 sf of office, executive office, training, conference, and lecture type spaces. There is a full kitchen, serving area, and 100-seat dining facility on the first floor. In addition, the building contains a 2,500 sf data center, MDF room and loading dock. The 2,500 sf data center and MDF Room have full N+1 redundancy provided by the generator. The data center was also designed with FM 200 fire protection systems.
