The major tenant in the new Atlantic Wharf office tower is a rapidly growing financial firm that leased 375,000 sf. The new space consists of open and closed office space, reception lobby, a 3,000 sf Tier IV data room, trading areas, conference rooms and centers, a large meeting room, which can also be utilized as an auditorium, and training rooms. HVAC in these types of spaces was challenging to ensure comfort and proper ventilation for a range of occupancies, especially considering the floor to ceiling continuous windows. The space also includes a 3,000 sf fitness center complete with showers and locker rooms. Supplemental cooling systems serve the meeting rooms, recording studio, and large conference areas.
