Expansion and addition involving 225,000 sf of existing common mall upgrades and common garden areas connecting the existing mall to a new residential tower podium for a 52-story, 630,000 sf residential tower. The project includes new high efficiency chillers (6400-tons), boilers, and domestic hot water system, 4-pipe fan coil units, VAV system, direct digital controls, heat recovery units, LED lighting and controls, and low flow plumbing fixtures.
