The Yotel is a new 117,500 sf, 11-story hotel with 326 rooms located in the South Boston Innovation District. The compact rooms, ranging from 160 sf to 200 sf, are approximately half the size of traditional hotel rooms and are designed for the budget-conscious business traveler visiting a location for a short period of time. The hotel is part of the BGI development, Seaport Square Masterplan, which includes a mix of apartments, store, office buildings and public parks. The hotel acheived LEED Silver^® certification.
