New expansion hospital design for over 2 million sf of acute care facilities. The project includes a central utility plant, medical support facilities, full laundry and kitchen facilities, IT infrastructure. The project includes planning for future buildings on the campus.

A key component to the project is the enabling projects required to relocate critical infrastructure to permit the phased construction of the new project. Normal power, emergency power, chilled water, domestic water, and sanitary systems all must be relocated to a new utility zone for service to existing structures. The master plan included an assessment of the existing infrastructure and design of parallel utility systems to accommodate the new construction.
