Regional branch office has an immediate opportunity for a degreed HVAC engineer to be part of the healthcare team in Vanderweil’s mid-town NYC office. Will be working with senior staff on various healthcare related projects (from minor doctor’s office renovation to large new hospital). Successful candidate needs to perform field surveys, cooling/heating load calculations; design & engineering of various HVAC systems; coordination with other trades; review and processing of shop drawings; attend design & construction meetings; prepare specifications. The candidate should be proficient in AutoCad; knowledge of REVIT is desirable. Should have (3) three to (10) ten years engineering experience with exposure to all aspects of Mechanical/HVAC engineering. Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
