This position is for an experienced HVAC engineer to work on Vanderweil's building projects. These are in commercial market sector, mission critical healthcare and science and technology. Must have the abilty to provide mechanical systems design including calculations, equipment selection and sizing, control strategy and layout of ductwork and piping.
Should have experience with packaged rooftop, split systems, VAV, displacement ventilation, 4 pipe, VRF, make-up air etc. Will be involved with the development of construction documents; including drawings and specifications. Will lead in quality review of designs and participate in Construction Administration. Will need a Mechancial degree and a minimum of eight (8) years experience. Knowledge of ASHRAE standards and building codes is required along with exposure to engineering software such as CAD, Revit, Trace, HAPS or ELITE. EOE employer
